    Update on my dryer situation. The service manager was suppose to call us back by 6:00 pm on the 26th. My husband called to see why they didn’t call us back, he was told he’ll call you back by 7:00 surprise, surprise no one called us back. They are so full of crap and keep passing the buck and avoiding us. I contacted the BBB on this issue. I have never been so pissed off!!! Buyer beware of PC Richard & Son!!!

    We purchased a new dryer and the service from them 4 months ago. Since then my dryer would turn off during the drying cycle and take a while before we could turn it back on. Then all of a sudden my dryer stopped working completely. The tech came out and told us it was a loose wire and he fixed it. But he was going to order us a new part. When we called to tell them our dryer stopped working we were told that he never ordered the part but they would order it. Guess what 1 week later still no dryer and no one ordered the part and someone will be out next week to check my dryer. So, now I have to go to a friends house give them money for using their electricity because I’m drying 4 loads every other day. I will never purchase a thing from them again!!

    i bought an xbox1 assassins creed version from enfield was supposed to come with a card for the game it didn’t so we called pc Richards and as usual nothing they can do so we bought over 500 dollars worth of stuff just that day alone and they wont do anything I have bought so many thing here never again thanks pc Richards great custumer service

    I bought a dishwasher and a microwave at your store. When the installers arrived they informed me that they did not have the back plate or mounting brackets to install the microwave. I called your store today and spoke with one of the managers-Mr. Azzis-who also spoke on the phone with the installers. I refused to take the microwave I had paid for and the installers took it with them. The store manager indicated he would take the charge off my credit card and send me an e-mail that he had done so. I have not received the e-mail. This is all disappointing. Please contact me.
