Performance Recap: Big Time Rush at the P.C. Richard & Son Theater

We had a huge response to Nickelodeon heartthrobs Big Time Rush coming to the P.C. Richard & Son Theater yesterday! 200 lucky fans got to spend Valentine’s Day with the group after school and preview their show (featuring Russell Brand in the episode), meet the members, and watch them perform live.

Big Time Rush revealed that during the taping of the episode they previewed, Russell Brand did yoga in between takes. “When I get done I go get a cup of coffee or something, but he goes and does downward-facing dog!” exclaimed Kendall.

They also discussed their recent single, Boyfriend, featuring Snoop Dogg. Snoop’s daughter is a big fan of the show and, because of her, he appeared on Big Time Rush as a guest before collaborating with them on their song.

When asked about any potential Valentines on that special day, they admitted that they’ve been so busy that there’s been no time for romance. A fan did ask Carlos Pena to be her Valentine a few days before and he accepted. The others? They were open, until a girl in the audience gave Logan a chocolate rose and he kissed her head.

You can watch footage from the event, including talk about the Kids’ Choice Awards (keep voting for them!), what they would be doing if they weren’t in a band, their performance (they performed Stuck and Boyfriend) and more, here:

Those in attendance were certainly glad they won their way into the event. OfficialGigi on Twitter said, “Thanks for an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I will never forget it!” “It was amazing and a blast,” said fan WoahItsAmandaa.
